1. はじめに

Oshi Pocket（以下「本アプリ」）は、推し活の現場と支出を記録・集計するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその保護方法を説明します。

2. 保存される情報

ユーザーが入力した推しの名前・カラー・メモ、任意で選択した推しの写真、現場名・日付・会場・メモ、支出のカテゴリ・金額・枚数、通貨表示、テーマ、フォント、カスタム写真アイコン、購入済み機能及びアプリロック設定を保存します。記録と設定は React Native AsyncStorage を使用して本アプリ専用の端末内領域へ保存されます。PIN はそのまま保存せず、ソルト付きハッシュとして端末の安全な保管領域へ保存します。

3. アカウントと権限

本アプリはアカウント登録やログインを必要としません。アプリロックを有効にした場合に限り、Face ID その他の端末認証を使用するための許可を求めることがあります。生体情報そのものはOSが管理し、本アプリが取得または保存することはありません。本アプリが受け取るのは認証の成否のみです。

推しの写真、ウィジェット背景又はカスタムアイコンを選択する場合に限り、OSの写真選択画面を使用します。選択していない写真にはアクセスしません。現場のリマインダーを有効にした場合に限り通知の許可を求め、通知は端末内で予約します。カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先及びトラッキングの権限は要求しません。

4. 外部送信・追跡・広告

本アプリは、ユーザーが入力した記録を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。広告 SDK、行動分析、ユーザー追跡を使用せず、入力データを販売または広告目的で第三者へ提供しません。

不具合修正及び改善を配信するため、本アプリは起動時に Expo Application Services の更新配信サーバーへ接続する場合があります。更新確認の通信では、IPアドレス並びにアプリ、プラットフォーム及びランタイムのバージョン等の技術情報がサービス提供者により処理される場合がありますが、ユーザーが入力した推し、現場、支出及びメモは送信されません。

App Store、Google Play、Expo、OS のバックアップなど、本アプリ外のサービスには各事業者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

5. バックアップとウィジェット

端末やOSの設定によって、本アプリの端末内データが Apple または Google のシステムバックアップに含まれる場合があります。バックアップは各プラットフォーム事業者が管理し、開発者はその内容へアクセスできません。

設定画面から手動バックアップを書き出す場合、推し、任意で選択した写真、現場、支出、メモ及び設定を含む JSON ファイルが作成されます。保存先又は共有先はユーザーが選択し、開発者のサーバーへ自動送信されません。復元時はユーザーが端末上の JSON ファイルを選択します。

iOS のホーム画面又はロック画面にウィジェットを追加すると、現場や支出の要約及び写真背景として選択した推しの写真が、本アプリとウィジェット専用の共有領域（App Group）へ保存され、選択したウィジェットに表示されます。ロック画面の個人向け情報はプライバシー保護対象として指定され、表示の秘匿は端末のウィジェット設定に従います。

6. アプリ内購入

Premium機能は、月額250円の自動更新サブスクリプション又は4,980円の永久アンロック（一度限りの購入）として提供します。実際の請求額は購入画面に表示されるApp Store又はGoogle Playの価格をご確認ください。月額Premiumは、更新日の24時間前までに解約しない限り毎月自動更新されます。

価格表示、決済、更新、解約、購入履歴及び購入の復元はApp Store又はGoogle Playが処理します。本アプリはクレジットカード番号その他の支払情報を取得又は保存しません。購入状態を確認して機能を提供するため、ストアから商品識別子及び購入資格の情報を受け取り、購入済み機能を端末内に保存します。返金、請求及び購入履歴は、購入時に利用したストアのアカウント設定又はサポートから管理してください。

7. データの削除

設定画面の「データをリセット」で本アプリ内の記録を初期状態へ戻せます。ストアが管理する購入履歴はデータのリセット対象外です。本アプリをアンインストールすると、通常は本アプリ専用の端末内データも削除されます。OSバックアップに残るデータは、各プラットフォームの設定から管理してください。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集するオンラインサービスではありません。未成年の方は、必要に応じて保護者と端末やバックアップの設定をご確認ください。

9. 本ウェブサイト

本ウェブサイトはアクセス解析、広告、トラッキング Cookie、外部フォントを使用しません。言語選択を保持するため、ブラウザのローカルストレージに言語コードのみを保存します。

10. ポリシーの変更

機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Oshi Pocket（下稱「本應用程式」）用於記錄及統計推活現場與開支。本政策說明本應用程式所處理的資料及其保障方式。

2. 儲存的資料

3. 帳戶及權限

本應用程式毋須註冊帳戶或登入。只有在您啟用應用程式鎖定時，本應用程式才可能要求使用 Face ID 或其他裝置認證。生物特徵資料由作業系統管理，本應用程式不會取得或儲存該等資料，只會接收認證成功或失敗的結果。

只有在您選擇推し相片、Widget背景或自訂圖示時，本應用程式才會使用作業系統的相片選擇介面；未經選擇的相片不會被存取。只有在您啟用現場提醒時，本應用程式才會要求通知權限，並在裝置內排程通知。本應用程式不會要求相機、麥克風、定位、聯絡人或追蹤權限。

4. 對外傳送、追蹤及廣告

本應用程式不會將您輸入的記錄傳送至開發者的伺服器，亦不會使用廣告 SDK、行為分析或使用者追蹤。本應用程式不會出售資料，亦不會為廣告用途向第三方提供資料。

為提供錯誤修正及功能改善，本應用程式可能會在啟動時連接 Expo Application Services 的更新伺服器。進行更新檢查時，服務供應商可能會處理 IP 位址，以及應用程式、平台及執行環境版本等技術資料；您輸入的推し、現場、開支及備註不會包含在更新檢查資料內。

App Store、Google Play、Expo及作業系統備份等本應用程式以外的服務，均受相關服務供應商各自的私隱政策約束。

5. 備份及小工具

視乎裝置及作業系統設定，本應用程式的本機資料可能會包含在 Apple 或 Google 的系統備份內。備份由相關平台供應商管理，開發者無法存取備份內容。

當您從設定頁手動匯出備份時，本應用程式會建立包含推し、自行選擇的相片、現場、開支、備註及設定的 JSON 檔案。儲存或分享目的地由您自行選擇，資料不會自動傳送至開發者的伺服器。還原時，您須自行選取裝置上的 JSON 檔案。

如您在 iOS 主畫面或鎖定畫面加入小工具，現場及開支摘要，以及獲選作相片背景的推し相片，會儲存在本應用程式與小工具專用的共享空間（App Group），並顯示於您所選的小工具。鎖定畫面內的個人資料已標示為私隱敏感內容；是否隱藏資料由裝置的小工具設定控制。

6. App內購買

Premium功能以每月250日圓的自動續訂訂閱，或4,980日圓的永久解鎖（一次性購買）形式提供。實際收費以App Store或Google Play購買畫面顯示的價格為準。如未在續訂日期最少24小時前取消，Premium月費計劃將每月自動續訂。

價格顯示、付款、續訂、取消、購買紀錄及還原購買項目均由App Store或Google Play處理。本應用程式不會取得或儲存信用卡號碼或其他付款資料。為確認購買狀態並提供相關功能，本應用程式會從商店接收商品識別碼及購買資格資料，並在裝置內保存已購買功能的狀態。退款、收費及購買紀錄須透過購買時使用的商店帳戶設定或支援服務管理。

7. 刪除資料

您可以在設定頁使用「重設資料」，將應用程式內的記錄還原至初始狀態。商店管理的購買紀錄不屬重設資料的範圍。解除安裝本應用程式後，其專用裝置內資料一般亦會被刪除。若資料仍保留在系統備份內，請透過相關平台的設定進行管理。

8. 兒童私隱

本應用程式並非以收集兒童個人資料為目的的網上服務。未成年使用者如有需要，應與家長或監護人一同檢查裝置及備份設定。

9. 本網站

本網站沒有使用流量分析、廣告、追蹤 Cookie 或外部字體。為記錄語言選擇，網站只會在瀏覽器的 localStorage 內保存語言代碼。

本政策可能因應功能或法例變更而更新。如有重要更改，我們會透過本頁面或本應用程式作出通知。

1. Introduction

Oshi Pocket (the “App”) records and summarises oshi events and expenses. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.

2. Information stored

The App stores oshi names, colours and notes; optional oshi photos you select; event names, dates, venues and notes; expense categories, amounts and quantities; currency, theme, font, custom photo icon, purchased-feature and app-lock settings that you enter. Records and settings stay in the App’s private on-device area using React Native AsyncStorage. A PIN is not stored in plain text; a salted hash is kept in secure device storage.

3. Accounts and permissions

The App requires no account or login. Only when you enable App Lock may it request permission to use Face ID or other device authentication. Biometric data remains under operating-system control; the App neither receives nor stores it and receives only an authentication result.

Only when you select an oshi photo, widget background or custom icon does the App use the operating system's photo picker; it does not access photos you did not select. Only when you enable an event reminder does the App request notification permission and schedule that notification on your device. The App does not request camera, microphone, location, contact or tracking permission.

4. Transmission, tracking and advertising

The App does not send your records to a server operated by the Developer. It contains no advertising SDK, behavioural analytics or user tracking, and does not sell or disclose your input data to third parties for advertising.

To deliver fixes and improvements, the App may contact the Expo Application Services update server when it starts. During an update check, the service provider may process technical information such as the IP address and App, platform and runtime versions. Oshi, event, expense and note data you enter is not included in update checks.

External services such as the App Store, Google Play, Expo and operating-system backups are governed by their respective providers’ privacy policies.

5. Backups and widgets

Depending on device and operating-system settings, on-device App data may be included in an Apple or Google system backup. Those backups are managed by the relevant platform provider; the Developer cannot access their contents.

When you manually export a backup from Settings, the App creates a JSON file containing Oshi, optional selected photos, event, expense, note and setting data. You choose where to save or share it; it is not automatically sent to a Developer server. To restore, you select a JSON file on your device.

If you add an iOS Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, event and expense summaries and any oshi photo selected as a widget background are stored in an App Group shared only by the App and its widget and shown in the widgets you select. Personal Lock Screen widget content is marked privacy-sensitive; redaction is controlled by your device widget settings.

6. In-app purchases

Premium features are offered as a ¥250 monthly auto-renewable subscription or a ¥4,980 Lifetime Unlock one-time purchase. The amount charged is the price shown by the App Store or Google Play at purchase. Monthly Premium renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Prices, payment, renewal, cancellation, purchase history and restoration are handled by the App Store or Google Play. The App does not receive or store credit-card numbers or other payment information. To verify purchases and provide features, the App receives product identifiers and entitlement information from the store and caches purchased-feature status on your device. Refunds, billing and purchase history are managed through the account settings or support service of the store used for the purchase.

7. Deleting data

You can use “Reset data” in Settings to return App records to their initial state. Store-managed purchase history is not removed by resetting App data. Uninstalling the App normally removes its private on-device data. Manage any data remaining in an operating-system backup through the relevant platform settings.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not an online service designed to collect personal information from children. Minors should review device and backup settings with a parent or guardian where appropriate.

9. This website

This website uses no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or external fonts. It stores only a language code in browser localStorage to remember your language choice.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
