1. はじめに

OshiLove（以下「本アプリ」）は、WONG SUM YI（以下「開発者」）が提供する、推し活の記録・整理アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報と、その保護方法を説明します。

2. 保存される情報

ユーザーが入力した推しのプロフィール、予定、記念日、日記、ハッシュタグ、アルバム、写真の説明、設定などは、基本的にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。

プロフィール用にトリミングしたカバー画像は、本アプリ専用の端末内領域へ保存される場合があります。アルバムやタイムラインでは、原則として写真そのものを複製せず、端末の写真ライブラリ内の写真を参照するための情報を保存します。

3. 写真へのアクセス

写真をタイムライン、アルバム、プロフィールで表示するため、ユーザーの許可を得て写真ライブラリへアクセスします。iOS の「選択した写真のみ」を利用する場合、本アプリが閲覧できるのはユーザーが選んだ写真だけです。

許可は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。アクセス対象から外れた写真や、写真アプリから削除された写真は、本アプリ内で表示できなくなる場合があります。

4. 通知

予定のリマインダーなどを表示するため、ユーザーの許可を得て端末内通知を設定します。通知の内容と許可は、本アプリまたは端末の設定から変更できます。

5. バックアップと機種変更

端末やOSの設定によって、本アプリのデータが Apple または Google の端末バックアップに含まれる場合があります。これらのバックアップは各プラットフォーム事業者が管理し、開発者が内容を見ることはありません。復元の可否は、OS、アカウント、写真ライブラリの同期状況などにより異なります。

写真自体は本アプリのデータではないため、機種変更後も表示するには、同じ写真が新しい端末の写真ライブラリで利用できる必要があります。

6. 外部送信・第三者提供

本アプリは、ユーザーの推し活記録や写真を開発者のサーバーへアップロードしません。また、これらを広告目的で販売または第三者へ提供しません。

OS のバックアップ、App Store、Google Play など、本アプリ外のサービスには、それぞれの事業者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

7. データの削除

各記録は本アプリ内から削除できます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、通常は端末内の本アプリ専用データも削除されます。ただし、OSのバックアップに古いデータが残る場合は、各プラットフォームの設定から管理してください。写真アプリ内の元写真は、本アプリを削除しても削除されません。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集するオンラインサービスではありません。未成年の方は、必要に応じて保護者と端末の権限やバックアップ設定をご確認ください。

9. ウェブサイトのアクセス解析

本ウェブサイトでは Google Analytics 4 と同意モードを使用します。デフォルトでアクセス解析用ストレージは拒否に設定され、同意前は Cookie を使用しない限定的な測定情報が Google へ送信される場合があります。同意後は、ページの閲覧、参照元、デバイスの種類、言語、App Store へのリンククリックなどが Google へ送信される場合があります。広告用ストレージとパーソナライズは常に拒否されます。本アプリ内の記録や写真は送信されません。同意はフッターの「アクセス解析設定」からいつでも変更できます。

1. 前言

2. 儲存的資料

您輸入的推し資料、日程、紀念日、日記、主題標籤、相簿、相片描述及設定，主要儲存在您的裝置內。

經裁剪的個人檔案封面可能會儲存在本應用程式專用的裝置空間。相簿及時間軸一般不會複製相片本身，只會儲存用作在裝置相片圖庫中識別及顯示相片的參照資料。

3. 相片存取權限

為了在時間軸、相簿及個人檔案顯示相片，本應用程式會在取得您的同意後存取相片圖庫。如您在 iOS 選擇「所選的相片」，本應用程式只可查看您指定的相片。

您可隨時在裝置設定中更改權限。如相片不再獲授權存取，或已從「相片」應用程式刪除，本應用程式可能無法繼續顯示該相片。

4. 通知

本應用程式會在取得您的同意後設定裝置本機通知，例如日程提示。您可在本應用程式或裝置設定中更改通知內容及權限。

5. 備份及更換裝置

視乎裝置及作業系統設定，本應用程式的資料可能包含在 Apple 或 Google 的裝置備份內。此等備份由相關平台營運商管理，開發者無法查看其內容。能否成功復原取決於作業系統、登入帳戶及相片圖庫同步狀態等因素。

原始相片並非本應用程式的資料。更換裝置後，如要繼續顯示相片，同一張相片必須可在新裝置的相片圖庫中使用。

6. 對外傳送及第三方披露

本應用程式不會將您的追星記錄或相片上載至開發者的伺服器，亦不會將此等資料出售或為廣告用途提供予第三方。

作業系統備份、App Store、Google Play 等外部服務，均受其各自的私隱政策約束。

7. 刪除資料

您可在本應用程式內刪除個別記錄。解除安裝本應用程式後，裝置內的專用資料一般亦會被刪除。如舊資料仍存在於作業系統備份，請在相應平台設定中管理。解除安裝本應用程式不會刪除「相片」應用程式內的原始相片。

8. 兒童私隱

本應用程式並非以收集兒童個人資料為目的的網上服務。未成年使用者應在有需要時與家長或監護人一同檢查裝置權限及備份設定。

9. 網站分析

本網站使用 Google Analytics 4 及 Consent Mode。預設狀態下，分析儲存權限為拒絕；在您同意前，Google 可能會收到不使用 Cookie 的有限測量資料。同意後，頁面瀏覽、來源網站、裝置類型、語言及 App Store 連結點擊等資料可能會傳送給 Google。廣告儲存及個人化會一直保持為拒絕。本應用程式內的記錄及相片不會被傳送。您可隨時透過頁尾的「網站分析設定」更改選擇。

1. Introduction

OshiLove (the “App”) is an oshi activity journal and organiser provided by WONG SUM YI (the “Developer”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.

2. Information stored

Oshi profiles, schedules, anniversaries, diary entries, hashtags, albums, photo descriptions and settings that you enter are mainly stored on your device.

Cropped profile covers may be stored in the App’s private on-device storage. Albums and timeline posts generally do not duplicate the original photo; they store reference information used to identify and display a photo from your device’s photo library.

3. Photo access

With your permission, the App accesses your photo library to display photos in the timeline, albums and profiles. If you use iOS Limited Photos Access, the App can only view photos you have selected.

You can change access at any time in device settings. Photos that are no longer permitted or have been deleted from the Photos app may no longer appear in OshiLove.

4. Notifications

With your permission, the App schedules on-device notifications such as event reminders. You can manage notification content and permission in the App or device settings.

5. Backups and changing devices

Depending on your device and operating-system settings, App data may be included in an Apple or Google device backup. Those backups are managed by the relevant platform provider, and the Developer cannot access their contents. Successful restoration depends on factors including the operating system, signed-in account and photo-library sync status.

Original photos are not part of the App’s data. To display them after changing devices, the same photos must be available in the new device’s photo library.

6. Transmission and sharing

The App does not upload your oshi records or photos to a server operated by the Developer. It does not sell this information or disclose it to third parties for advertising.

External services such as operating-system backups, the App Store and Google Play are governed by their respective privacy policies.

7. Deleting data

You can delete individual records in the App. Uninstalling the App normally removes its private on-device data. Older data may remain in an operating-system backup until you manage that backup through the relevant platform. Uninstalling OshiLove does not delete original photos from your Photos app.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not an online service designed to collect personal information from children. Minors should review device permissions and backup settings with a parent or guardian where appropriate.

9. Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode. Analytics storage is denied by default. Before you consent, Google may receive limited measurement data without Analytics cookies. After consent, page views, referrers, device type, language and App Store link clicks may be sent to Google. Advertising storage and personalisation always remain denied. Records and photos stored inside the Apps are not sent. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer.
